Who's that
Ciao, I'm Juho.
3x founder & ex-researcher (HCI) building a $10K MRR micro-SaaS studio & starting from scratch in my mid 20s. The idea is to pursue success without destroying myself in the process.
My previous ventures, lifestyle & worldviews have been filled with a ton of learnings that fueled me to deeply question the path I was on, from the work I do to the way I clean my ass. Now I'm pursuing a more holistic approach to entrepreneurship (and life in general) that starts from health, authenticity & purpose. See founding notes for more details
I've previously founded a web design agency with friends as freshmen. We got to work with established Nordic brands and collaborated with top agencies (but never managed to grow the business to the magical $100k AR). After that, I tried to grow a small, pre-seed funded AI apparel brand in Singapore (we sold maybe 50 shirts online) and hustled my way in various freelance projects – while scrambling together my BSc degree with honors. I've also done quantitative research on behavioral and physiological effects attention-capture mechanisms in social media, and the paper will be published in the flagship human-computer interaction conference (CHI '26).
AI is replacing traditional skills, but the data centers can't compete with the unique taste of each of the 8 billion human individuals that have been shaped by the individual physical and mental experiences. When AI commoditizes productivity & generic output, you must develop awareness around your unique talent, thinking and taste. Systemize your craft to AI and leverage it's raw intelligence to build things only you can do.
I'm building a micro-SaaS studio – a portfolio of hiqh-quality software products that can be managed solo or with a small, high-agency team. A portfolio that generates income from multiple streams, at scale. These services will solve issues at the intersection of my personal problems and market demand. I'm constantly developing and experimenting with systems that allow me to produce output that looks me, not AI, while leveraging raw intelligence of LLMs at every step of the design, development and distribution.

At first, I'm starting stupidly simple. Building boring, targeted tools, such as time-tracking and freelance invoice management integrations that solve my niche issues while at the same time learning and developing the first bigger product I'm betting on:
A context engineering tool built on top terminal agents that help indie developers test, manage and share agent/subagent workflows. The product streamlines the maintainability and reusability of the context rules and templates that automatically carry clean context from product vision to an individual agentic tasks. This enables solo developers to maintain their craft, control and understanding of the projects, while developing at the speed of AI. More on these later.
Let's build, earn & learn – with AI, out of authenticity.
